Refund Policy
At ADISON + JÈRE, we want to ensure that you love the pieces you receive; however we understand that sometimes the piece you have selected may not be right for you.
In addition to your country’s statutory rights, our return policy will provide you with the opportunity to return or exchange your purchase under the condition that:
- The product is returned within 14 days of purchase
- You return the product in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached
- You provide your online order confirmation email as proof of purchase
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
ADISON + JÈRE reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product where we inspect the product and reasonably assess that the fault is a result of:
- Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide); or
- Usual wear and tear following use of the product.
Please contact us at hello@adisonandjere.com with your order number, which item is damaged and attach photos of the damaged item. We will be in contact to solve the issue within 48 hours.
How to return an item:
- YOU MUST email hello@adisonandjere.com with your order number, which item/s you would like to return, your full name and address, and the reason for your return.
- We will get back to you within 48 hours giving you a return order number as well as an address to post the return to.
- You are responsible for paying and organising the shipment of the return. We do not accept any responsibility for lost returns and will not refund the shipping fee. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Once we receive the return we will inspect the item and if the item has been returned in its original condition we will issue a refund or exchange based on your request.
