We want you to love every ADISON + JÈRE piece, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns. Refunds are processed back to your payment method (minus shipping), or you can choose store credit to get the full amount including your original shipping. Exchanges are available subject to stock. Return shipping is always at your own cost, so please use a tracked service. In addition to your statutory rights, here’s how our return policy works:

We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but occasionally an item may sell out after you’ve placed your order. If this happens, we’ll be in touch with a solution - either a refund, store credit or back-order(if available).

Once your return is approved, ship it back within 7 days. When your item arrives with us, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund, store credit, or exchange has been issued.
